Kimpton Advances on £5M and £6.2M Contracts in UK
Kimpton is nearing completion of a £5M hot water and plumbing contract and is set to start a £6.2M project for student accommodations. These contracts underscore the firm's growth in high-profile developments and sustainable solutions.

Facilities management firm Kimpton is close to finishing a £5M contract for hot water and plumbing services at Station Quarter, Telford, which involves a six-storey development with 84 apartments. Concurrently, it will begin a £6.2M mechanical installation at Portcullis House, Glasgow, comprising 784 student accommodation rooms.
Both projects total over £11M and include advanced technologies like air source heat pumps. The shift to traditional bathroom installations and increased use of sustainable solutions in residential sectors may influence future construction practices and costs in the UK.
