LG CNS Launches AI Mobile Shuttle for Cold Chain Logistics at MODEX 2026
LG CNS introduces the Mobile Shuttle, an AI-driven logistics robot operating in extreme cold at -26°C, enhancing cold chain efficiency. This innovation is crucial for industries reliant on precise temperature control, such as food and automotive.

LG CNS has launched the Mobile Shuttle, an AI-powered logistics robot designed for cold chain operations, at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta. The robot functions in extreme cold environments down to -26°C, carrying loads of up to 1,500 kg at speeds of 1.5 m/s.
Its four-way movement architecture allows for flexible routing and more than 30% increased storage efficiency compared to traditional systems. The Mobile Shuttle is integrated with AI for real-time problem-solving and task optimization.
LG CNS aims to deploy this technology at Paris Baguette's Texas facility and has already implemented hundreds of units across LG Group plants in North America. This expansion may significantly enhance logistics automation in critical temperature-sensitive industries.
