Logistea Completes 31,100 sqm Central Warehouse for Intersport in Nässjö, Ahead of Schedule

Logistea has finalized Intersport AB's central warehouse in Nässjö, measuring 31,100 sqm, completed in December 2025, one month early. The facility includes logistics space, employee social areas, and a sports hall.
It targets at least BREEAM Excellent certification, featuring a 499 kWp solar plant and advanced automation. Logistea's total investment was SEK 204 million, and the project was completed under budget.
The base rent is approximately SEK 14.7 million. An outlet store is set to open in spring, enhancing community engagement.
