LPBank Launches Comprehensive Digital Transformation Program for 2025-2028
LPBank has launched a digital transformation program for 2025-2028, focusing on restructuring its operational platform and governance model. The initiative includes developing a modern technology platform, establishing a new data center, enhancing services for small businesses, standardizing data platforms, and building an advanced AI system to improve customer service and IT management. This comprehensive strategy aims to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient banking services while complying with central bank regulations by 2026.

LPBank is initiating a comprehensive digital transformation program for the period of 2025-2028, focusing on restructuring its operational platform and governance model. Approved at the start of 2025, the strategy emphasizes five pillars: 1) Developing a modern integrated technology platform compliant with Circular No. 64/2024/TT-NHNN for Open API implementation to enhance customer access to banking services; 2) Establishing a new data center to ensure uninterrupted banking operations; 3) Enhancing platforms LOPA and QR68 for small business customers to help manage cash flow and tax compliance; 4) Standardizing data platforms; 5) Building an advanced AI platform to improve IT incident management and integrate AI into new Mobile Banking systems and customer service operations. The technology foundation aims to provide continuous, safe, and efficient services, complying with central bank regulations by 2026.
