MAHE Launches MAGIC Initiative to Implement 50+ AI Agents for Academic and Administrative Transformation
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has launched the MAGIC (MAHE Agentic Intelligent Console) initiative to deploy over 50 AI agents across its academic and administrative systems within two years. The initiative, aimed at modernizing institutional processes, will initially introduce five AI agents for Student Life Cycle Management, enhancing operational workflows in various university functions. Collaborating with global technology partners like Microsoft and Salesforce, MAHE seeks to improve efficiency and decision-making through AI-driven systems.

MAHE has introduced the MAGIC initiative to deploy over 50 AI agents across its academic and administrative functions within two years. The MAGIC platform marks a transition from traditional systems to AI-enabled ones, enhancing automation and decision-making.
The initiative will initially implement five AI agents in Student Life Cycle Management for tasks like timetable creation and attendance management. Collaborating with partners such as Microsoft and Salesforce, MAHE aims to streamline admissions and operational workflows, thereby improving efficiency and user experience. The initiative is part of MAHE's broader digital transformation program initiated in 2023.
