Makor Resources is accelerating its $30 million investment strategy in Zambia's copper sector through district consolidation and processing facility development. This initiative aims to enhance resource growth and downstream processing capabilities, reinforcing Makor's position in a critical minerals market.

Makor Resources has committed $30 million to develop its copper-focused strategy in Zambia, advancing exploration and processing infrastructure. The company has secured exploration exclusivity over two Large Scale Exploration Licences in the Mkushi District and additional ground in Kitwe, enhancing its strategic mineral portfolio.
Plans for a copper processing facility are underway in Mkushi to address regional processing capacity needs, with an initial throughput capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day. The environmental assessment process is being expanded to include this development, with ZEMA approval secured.
Makor's corporate structure has been strengthened by establishing a Canadian holding company, facilitating future investment opportunities. This strategy positions Makor to enhance its role in Zambia's critical minerals supply chain, emphasizing responsible development and stakeholder engagement.
