Markus Holzke to Lead Spie as CEO, Reflecting Germany's Growing Importance to the Company

Markus Holzke will become the CEO of Spie, a French multi-technology service provider, at the end of April, succeeding Gauthier Louette. Holzke, who has been General Director of Spie Germany since 2014, will operate from the company headquarters in Cergy, near Paris.

Germany is now Spie’s largest market, contributing 35% of revenue, while France accounts for 32%. In 2025, Spie's revenue grew by 4.8% to €10.4 billion, with an 11% increase in EBITDA to €794 million. The company plans to enhance profitability and aims for an EBITDA margin increase to 8% by 2028, supported by acquisitions, including Rofa Industrial Automation.
