Maruti Suzuki Engages Six Startups for Enhanced Automation and Customer Experience
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has selected six startups for its Accelerator Program to develop AI-driven solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer engagement. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to innovation and supports the government’s Startup India initiative.
Maruti Suzuki has awarded paid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to six startups from its 10th Accelerator Program cohort, focusing on automation and customer experience. The startups—Goat Robotics, SheerDrive, Schijnenn Digital, GenbaNEXT, Swayatt Drishtigochar, and Swiftex—will work on projects including predictive maintenance, material traceability, and sales assistance platforms.
These collaborations aim to enhance safety standards, shorten product development timelines, and improve dealer engagement. Over the past seven years, Maruti Suzuki has screened approximately 6,800 startups, creating a robust innovation ecosystem. The company's initiatives may lead to improved efficiency and modernization in automotive operations, aligning with broader industry trends toward AI and automation.
