On February 24, 2026, MAX Automation SE announced the appointment of Oliver Jaster as Managing Director. Jaster will succeed Dr. Ralf Guckert, who will leave his positions at MAX Automation on March 31, 2026, but will continue as Chairman of Vecoplan AG, a subsidiary of the company.

The board is confident that Jaster's deep understanding of the group and operational experience will guide MAX Automation effectively during the current transitional phase. The board is also working on a long-term leadership strategy.
