Menlo Micro and Rosenberger Partner for Ultra-Low Power Switch Module in Quantum Computing
Menlo Microsystems Inc. has partnered with Rosenberger to develop a Multichannel Ultra-Low Power Switch Module for Quantum Computing. This collaboration aims to enhance scalable quantum systems by integrating Menlo Micro's Ideal Switch® MEMS technology with Rosenberger's RF connector expertise. The module will operate at extremely low temperatures and is designed to improve thermal efficiency and system design while supporting rapid RF calibration for quantum systems.

Menlo Microsystems Inc. and Rosenberger have formed a partnership to create a Multichannel Ultra-Low Power Switch Module aimed at advancing quantum computing. This module will combine Menlo Micro's Ideal Switch® MEMS technology with Rosenberger's high-density Multichannel WSMP RF connector, addressing interconnect challenges in quantum systems.
It is designed to operate at temperatures down to 10 millikelvins, minimizing thermal loads that affect qubit stability. The module will also feature built-in RF calibration standards to enhance system verification, promoting modular, high-performance cryogenic switching solutions. This collaboration targets the growing quantum computing market by simplifying system designs and enabling faster commercial deployment.
