This acquisition will add over 100 customers and a developer community exceeding 10,000 users to Microchip's portfolio.
Hailo's products are utilized in sectors such as drones, robots, and industrial automation, directly supporting Microchip's embedded processing and connectivity offerings. This strategic move follows Microchip's previous acquisition of Neuronix AI Labs, aimed at enhancing AI workload optimization.
