Microsoft Launches AI QuickStart Programme in Singapore with IMDA and United Overseas Bank

INDUSTRIAL IOT

Microsoft has introduced the AI QuickStart programme in Singapore to facilitate enterprise AI deployment, in collaboration with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and United Overseas Bank. The programme aims to assist digitally mature companies, including SMEs, in accelerating AI applications such as knowledge mining, process automation, and customer engagement.

United Overseas Bank is a partner in this effort, supporting businesses through its own initiatives. Each project under AI QuickStart is to be finalized within three months, with costs for resources capped at SGD20,000 ($15,725). The IMDA's GenAI x Digital Leaders initiative, launched in 2024, will further aid companies in employing generative AI.
