On April 15, 2026, Minth Group's subsidiary, United Alloy-Tech Company, signed a framework agreement with MIRLE Group for the expansion into intelligent robotics. The partnership will focus on robotic dogs and related technologies, with plans to establish one or more joint ventures in Taiwan.
United Alloy-Tech will hold a 60% stake, with MIRLE Group holding 40%. Earlier in February 2026, Minth confirmed a joint venture in the U.S. with Leader Harmonious Drive Systems, targeting humanoid robot module assembly. This expansion indicates a strategic push into robotics, potentially influencing market dynamics and competition in automation.
