Mobileum and NOHOLD have introduced a white-labeled AI Assistant aimed at telecom operators serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SME/SMBs). This offering enables operators to provide branded AI services that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

The solution stems from a strategic alliance formed in September 2025, focusing on helping telecom operators monetize AI services through existing channels. Operators can package and resell the AI Assistant powered by NOHOLD's SICURA® QuickStart platform.

This service allows SME/SMBs to deploy conversational AI quickly, facilitating automation in support and sales without requiring technical expertise. The solution is now available to Mobileum's global telecom customer base.
