Movandi Launches MV3564 and MV3514 Frequency Synthesizers for AI and Wireless Applications
Movandi introduces the MV3564 and MV3514 synthesizers, achieving 75 fs jitter at 150 mW—10x lower power than competitors. These devices address the increasing demand for efficient clock generation and synchronization in next-gen wireless and AI infrastructures.

Movandi's MV3564 and MV3514 frequency synthesizers are designed for wireless communications and AI applications, utilizing TSMC's 40nm RF CMOS process. With total jitter of 75 fs at a power consumption of 150 mW, these devices offer a significant power efficiency advantage.
Both synthesizers support clock frequencies from 4 GHz to THz, ensuring compatibility across various system configurations. They feature an integrated VCO, advanced multi-PLL synchronization, and options for internal or external reference clocks.
Target applications include 5G and 6G infrastructure, AI data centers, and edge devices. The products are currently in production sampling and will be featured at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
