A multi-criteria framework utilizing a hybrid Fermatean fuzzy decision support approach has been developed to prioritize performance indicators for carbon capture technologies. The framework aims to assess various indicators comprehensively, enhancing decision-making in the carbon capture domain. The approach incorporates insights from existing literature on carbon capture storage and utilization, integrated techno-economic assessments, and interdisciplinary evaluations of energy policies and technologies.
