Mumbai Freelancer to Develop RPA System for Purchase Order to Invoice Automation
A Mumbai-based freelancer is tasked with developing an end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system to automate the Purchase Order (PO) to Invoice process. The project involves two synchronized RPA bots for data extraction from POs, validation, data entry into ERP, invoice generation, and emailing invoices to customers. The system is designed to operate 24/7 with minimal human intervention.

The project aims to build a Purchase Order (PO) to Invoice Automation System using RPA. Customer POs in PDF format are currently processed manually, and the new system will implement two bots: one for extracting and validating PO data and another for automating ERP processes and invoice generation.
Key responsibilities for the RPA Developer include analyzing the current workflow, preparing design documents, developing the PO extraction and ERP automation bots, handling exceptions, and providing deployment support. The system must function continuously with minimal human input.
