Bain Capital and Newpark Real Estate have secured two leases at Vantage Business Park near Dublin Airport, totaling 180,000 sq ft. Musgrave Group will occupy 103,883 sq ft in Building 6 under a long-term lease, while Sims Lifecycle Services will lease 76,000 sq ft in Building 4.

Both tenants are understood to be paying around €14 per sq ft. The development features four logistics units totaling 422,000 sq ft, with an emphasis on sustainability, including LEED Gold Certification.

Buildings 3 and 5 are available for immediate lease. The park's design includes energy-efficient features such as air-source heat pumps and EV charging points.
