The Nano Park Company has finalized a development of five hybrid units in Skipton, following an 18-month delay. This project aims to support startups and small businesses, potentially creating 50 new jobs in the area.

The Nano Park Company has completed a 9,000 sq ft development at the Snaygill Industrial Estate in Skipton, featuring five units of 1,760 sq ft each, combining workshop and office space. The project faced an 18-month delay due to complications with Northern Power Grid.
The company aims to cater to startups and small businesses with this flexible hybrid space model, which has seen success in previous developments in Bradford, Wakefield, and Armley. The units are equipped with high-spec features including roller-shutter access, air-source heat pumps, and gigabit-capable fibre broadband. This development is expected to generate up to 50 jobs, positively impacting the local economy.
