The platform's Intelligent Diagnostics system analyzes machine fault data and provides repair guidance with over 95% accuracy, leading to significant reductions in service revisits and support cases. The platform launched in North America in May 2024 and will expand globally by July 2024.

The platform features Intelligent Diagnostics, which analyzes machine fault data and offers repair guidance with over 95% accuracy, reducing manual troubleshooting and improving service resolutions for more than 600,000 supported ATMs.
Notable outcomes include a 13% reduction in global service revisits and a 50% decrease in tech support cases in North America. The platform launched in North America in May 2024, with global expansion planned by July 2024. The company is also developing an AI-powered predictive maintenance initiative to enhance service delivery.
