NEOTech Acquires Virtex to Enhance U.S. Defense Manufacturing Capabilities
NEOTech has completed the acquisition of Virtex, expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint and strengthening capabilities in high-reliability electronics for defense applications. This strategic move is integral to NEOTech's goal of becoming a key manufacturing partner in mission-critical sectors.

NEOTech has acquired Virtex, a provider of high-reliability electronic manufacturing services, enhancing its domestic manufacturing capabilities. The transaction integrates two firms focused on complex, low-to-medium-volume production for the defense sector, increasing NEOTech's operational footprint to 11 facilities and over 2,500 employees.
The acquisition aims to bolster NEOTech's engineering, production, and lifecycle support for defense customers. Financing was provided by a consortium of lenders including PNC Bank and Crestline Investors. The merger is expected to improve responsiveness and capacity for mission-critical products, aligning with NEOTech's long-term strategic objectives.
