NeutronX Corporation and NextNRG, Inc. have executed a two-year exclusive cooperation agreement, effective February 18, 2026, designating NextNRG as the exclusive technology partner for federal energy infrastructure projects. NeutronX will act as the prime contractor, focusing on military installations and critical facilities across the U.S.

The collaboration will address intelligent grid systems, autonomous platforms, and cybersecurity, integrating NeutronX's AI with NextNRG's solutions for predictive maintenance and self-optimization. Both companies will retain their proprietary technologies.
