Nexcade Secures $6M to Enhance AI-Driven Freight Automation
Nexcade has secured $6 million in seed funding to enhance its AI platform for freight forwarders, addressing growing automation needs in logistics. This investment will fuel product development and expansion into UK, Europe, and US markets.

Nexcade has raised $6 million in seed funding led by Project A Ventures, with contributions from Connect Ventures, MMC Ventures, and Entropy Industrial Capital. The company, founded by Dan Bailey and Tasho Kjosev, focuses on AI agents that automate operational tasks in freight forwarding.
The funding will support product expansion and team growth while increasing market presence in the UK, Europe, and the US. Concurrently, Nexcade introduced Atlas, a tool for analyzing communication flows to uncover operational inefficiencies. Since its stealth launch in late 2025, Nexcade's annual recurring revenue has tripled as it partners with companies like XPO and Zencargo.
