NexCore concluded 2025 with substantial growth, completing three acquisitions: Action Air Systems, Accutemp Engineering, and FX Automation. These additions increased its workforce by over 155 employees, bringing the total to over 900 across six operating hubs in the Northeast and Southeast.

Since its establishment in March 2023, NexCore has executed eleven acquisitions, including recent additions that enhance service capabilities. The leadership team has also expanded with several key executive appointments, aiming to solidify NexCore's position as a national leader in commercial HVAC services.
