Niagara County IDA Grants Six-Month Extension for Voss Manufacturing Incentives
The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency has approved a six-month extension for Voss Manufacturing's incentives, originally granted in February 2025 for $492,929, as the company approaches the closure on a new facility in Wheatfield. The project aims to expand sheet metal fabrication capacity and create five new jobs. Additionally, modifications were made to a loan for Bairco, Inc. for new manufacturing equipment, and Armstrong Fluid Technologies has been allowed to operate within Foreign Trade Zone #34.

The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency granted Voss Manufacturing a six-month extension on incentives totaling $492,929 for its new facility at 6292 Walmore Road, Wheatfield. This expansion aims to enhance sheet metal fabrication capacity and introduce automation.
Voss expects to create five new jobs with an average salary of $60,000, adding to its current 107 employees. The board also modified a $100,000 loan for Bairco, Inc. to purchase new equipment and hire new staff.
Bairco, which moved to a larger space in 2024, aims to create five jobs over two years. Additionally, Armstrong Fluid Technologies will operate in Foreign Trade Zone #34 in Wheatfield.
