Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) signed Educational Partnership Agreements with University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez Campus on October 29 and Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico on October 30.
