Odysight.ai Partners with Boeing for AI Demonstrations and Expands Industrial Contracts
Odysight.ai has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Boeing to showcase its AI-driven predictive maintenance technology. This partnership is part of a broader industrial cooperation initiative, enhancing Odysight.ai's presence in aerospace and defense sectors.

Odysight.ai Inc. has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Boeing to demonstrate its computer vision-based predictive maintenance system at two Boeing sites. This agreement is part of an industrial cooperation initiative between Boeing and the Industrial Cooperation Authority (ICA), positioning Odysight.ai within a diverse range of aerospace and military engagements, including contracts with the Israeli Air Force and Honeywell Aerospace.
Following recent successes, Odysight.ai reported a backlog of $16.45 million and cash reserves of $17.6 million at the end of the first half of 2026. Despite modest revenue growth and a widening net loss, the company aims to convert its pilot programs into long-term contracts, leveraging its recent contracts with Boeing, Honeywell, and Elbit Systems. The partnership with Boeing marks the beginning of a direct relationship with an original equipment manufacturer, with expected revenue recognition tied to the fulfillment of project milestones.
