Oneview Healthcare to Raise $21M for AI-Powered Virtual Patient Assistant Development
Oneview Healthcare plans to raise approximately $21 million through an oversubscribed two-tranche placement and a security purchase plan. The funds will advance the AI-powered virtual patient assistant, Ovie, and support ongoing projects. Tranche 1 aims to raise $12 million by March 24, while Tranche 2 seeks $7 million pending shareholder approval in May.

Oneview Healthcare (ASX:ONE) is set to raise $21 million through a two-tranche placement and a security purchase plan to support its AI-powered virtual patient assistant, Ovie. The oversubscribed placement will raise about $19 million, with Tranche 1 targeting $12 million expected to settle on March 24.
Tranche 2 aims for $7 million through the issuance of new CDIs to major shareholder Manderrah, pending approval at a May general meeting. The funds will enhance AI software development and automation initiatives amidst pressures on health systems.
