Oracle NetSuite to Launch AI Features in Southeast Asia with Philippines as Priority Market
Oracle NetSuite is set to roll out AI-driven features in Southeast Asia, with the Philippines and Singapore as initial markets. This initiative reflects the company's focus on enhancing business processes and decision-making through automation.

Oracle NetSuite plans to deploy new AI capabilities across Southeast Asia, prioritizing the Philippines and Singapore. The timeline for the rollout remains under finalization, but the Philippines has been identified as a key market due to its expanding customer base.
The AI features, branded as "NetSuite Next," aim to enhance business automation and visibility without additional licensing fees for existing customers. However, businesses may incur internal costs related to workflow adaptations.
Most capabilities will be available in English across ASEAN within the next year. JDN, a real estate firm in Pampanga, reported over 300% growth since adopting NetSuite in 2014, attributing improved financial processes and decision-making speed to the platform. As JDN finalizes its integration of NetSuite, it continues to enhance operational efficiency and expand its business strategy.
