ORSL Acquires Industrial Associate to Enhance Green Chemicals Development
Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORSL) has acquired Industrial Associate to enhance the development and distribution of environmentally responsible chemicals. Industrial Associate's established network will support the demand for sustainable industrial inputs as industries move towards low carbon production.
ORSL aims to align this acquisition with its mission for decarbonization and sustainable innovations. It operates a Research and Innovation Centre in Navi Mumbai, focusing on technologies related to waste, carbon capture, and bio-based materials.
Established in 2008, ORSL develops eco-friendly technologies across the waste value chain and offers bio-based products. The acquisition will allow Industrial Associate to maintain its market relationships while accessing ORSL’s technology and sustainability expertise, contributing to India's low carbon economy.
