Pacific Office Automation (POA) has acquired Western Business Products, a dealer based in Redding, California, with the deal closing on April 1, 2026. The acquisition allows POA to establish a continuous service area between its existing locations in Medford, Oregon, and Sacramento, California.
Western Business Products will initially keep its name to ensure customer continuity, with plans for gradual integration into the POA brand. POA, celebrating its 50th anniversary, has reported 49 years of consecutive growth and is committed to maintaining the Ricoh Authorized dealer status of Western Business Products. The expansion aims to enhance customer service capabilities along a key regional corridor.
