Pantheon Regeneration Secures 100,000 Carbon Credits from Inlandsis Fund for Peatland Restoration Project

CARBON CAPTURE

Pantheon Regeneration PBC has announced a pre-purchase of 100,000 carbon credits from the Inlandsis Fund to support its first nature-based carbon removal project, Pocosin Ecological Reserve I, the first commercial peatland restoration project in the U.S. The Inlandsis Fund, managed by Fondaction Asset Management, aims to enter the nature-based carbon project market with this investment.

The project focuses on restoring peatlands, which can serve as significant carbon sinks while providing biodiversity and water benefits. This partnership is expected to enhance Pantheon's mission to create scalable carbon removal solutions, backed by institutional investors including AXA IM Alts and Microsoft's Climate Innovation Fund.
