Paymetrex Enters Technology Licensing Agreement with AnywhereCommerce for Payment Solutions
Datametrex AI Limited's subsidiary, Paymetrex Payment Solutions Inc., signed a Technology Licensing Agreement with AnywhereCommerce Inc. on December 17, 2025. This agreement grants Paymetrex access to AnywhereCommerce's suite of payment products, allowing Paymetrex to offer solutions such as credit card terminals and cryptocurrency payment processing under the YuzuPay™ brand.
Paymetrex plans to distribute its offerings through merchants, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). The company holds 10 granted patents supporting these initiatives and will appoint resellers in high-value sectors.
Additionally, Paymetrex intends to file a provisional patent utilizing Quantum Computing for payment security.
