P&B (Foods) Implements Automated Sauce Packaging Line with Autopack
P&B (Foods) has launched a fully automated production line for sauce packaging, implemented by UK-based Autopack. The line processes a variety of sauces in plastic and glass containers from 250ml to 1l, utilizing both hot and cold filling methods, and can fill up to 6,000 bottles per hour. The setup includes a rotary unscrambler, a 12-head piston filler, dual capping equipment, and a multifunctional labeling unit. Additional automation projects are planned for canning, bottling ghee, and drum-filling edible oils.

P&B (Foods) has introduced a fully automated sauce packaging line, commissioned by Autopack. This system handles sauce products in plastic and glass containers from 250ml to 1l, supporting hot and cold filling methods and achieving a capacity of 6,000 1l bottles per hour.
The line features a rotary unscrambler, a 12-head piston filler for various liquid consistencies, dual capping equipment for both plastic and metal caps, and a multifunctional labeling unit. P&B (Foods) plans further automation initiatives with Autopack, including canning and bottling lines for ghee and an integrated drum-filling line for edible oils.
