Peak Rock Capital has signed an agreement to sell Spatial Business Systems (SBS) to Enverus, backed by Blackstone. Since acquiring SBS in 2022, Peak Rock has enabled the company to increase annual recurring revenue over four times and more than doubled its workforce.

The growth was driven by investments in sales, marketing, geographic expansion, and new product development, including AI automation tools for utility engineering workflows. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lazard and Lincoln International were financial advisors, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor.
