Peak Rock Capital has signed a definitive agreement to sell Spatial Business Systems (SBS) to Enverus, a Blackstone-backed energy data analytics platform. Under Peak Rock's ownership since 2022, SBS increased its annual recurring revenue over fourfold and doubled its workforce through strategic investments and AI product development. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lazard and Lincoln International acted as financial advisors, while Kirkland & Ellis LLP provided legal advice.
