Lufkin Industries received a multi-year performance contract from Petroleum Development Oman to provide Rod Driven Progressive Cavity Pumping systems across the Marmul-Rahab-Thuleilat-Qaharir fields. This contract reinforces Lufkin's long-standing partnership with PDO, which began in the early 2000s.

Lufkin will supply RDPCP equipment and production optimization services, with a focus on local talent as 87% of its field teams in Oman are local nationals. The awarded scope includes new well installations, workovers, and RDPCP support essential for PDO's production targets.
