Pilot Energy has appointed Brian Siddall as CEO to lead its carbon management and clean energy initiatives in Western Australia. With over 30 years in oil and gas, Siddall has experience from Beach Energy, Santos, and Origin Energy.

He will oversee the transition as the company evolves to develop renewable energy and carbon capture, including plans to convert the Cliff Head oil field into a carbon storage facility. Pilot is also expanding its data centre capacity from 1MW to 30-35MW, leveraging its renewable resources. The company holds a 21.25% interest in Cliff Head, aiming for full control through an acquisition.
