Pilot Energy has appointed Brian Siddall as CEO to advance its carbon management and clean energy projects in Western Australia. Siddall brings over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, having held senior positions at Beach Energy, Santos, and Origin Energy. The company is focusing on converting the Cliff Head oil field into a carbon capture facility and plans to expand its data centre capacity from 1MW to 30-35MW, leveraging its renewable energy resources. Pilot holds a 21.25% interest in the Cliff Head field and aims for full control through an acquisition.
