Planning Approvals for Solar Panels, Extensions, and Heritage Upgrades in Wimborne Minster

Wimborne Minster has seen several recent planning approvals focusing on housing and sustainability. Notable approvals include extensions at 37 Highland Road and the installation of solar panels and an air-source heat pump at 21 St Johns Hill.

Additionally, heritage upgrades were authorized at 116 West Borough, including energy performance enhancements. However, applications for new dwellings at 11 Melverley Gardens and extensions at 168 Leigh Road were refused.

A commercial sign request from Fisks Estate Agents was also rejected. Waitrose obtained approval for new plant equipment, including a Direct Air Capture unit.
