Plant Room Upgrade Project at Care Home in North West
A care home's plant room has been upgraded to meet current standards using two Keston Heat boilers, enhancing heating efficiency.

The plant room in a care home in the north west underwent essential upgrades to align with recent standards. The project included installing two Keston Heat 2 - 55kW boilers, connected via a plate heat exchanger to maintain compliance while minimizing disruption.
The existing tank-fed heating system was preserved, avoiding risks associated with pressurizing older systems. Additional improvements included a new primary pump and a redesigned flue system.
