PLN Enhances Power Distribution Services in Jakarta Amid Digital Transformation
A recent inspection by Indonesia's Vice Presidential staff underscores PLN's advancements in electricity distribution and customer service through digitalization. The upgrades aim to ensure reliable power supply and improve transparency for Jakarta residents.

On August 3, Tina Talisa, Special Staff to the Vice President of Indonesia, visited the PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Distribution Unit to evaluate the reliability of electricity supply and customer service. This inspection focused on the operational facilities of PLN's Jakarta Distribution Control Unit (UP2D) and the PLN 123 Contact Center.
The modernized SCADA system enables real-time monitoring and automatic response to electrical disturbances. General Manager Moch. Andy Adchaminoerdin highlighted the visit as a motivational boost for staff and a testament to the readiness of the capital's electrical system. The initiatives aim to ensure uninterrupted power supply and enhance service transparency for Jakarta's residents.
