Poland Discusses US Military Bases; Namibia Receives N$25 Million Donation
Poland is negotiating with the US for multiple military bases to enhance defense capabilities. Concurrently, Namibia's government has secured a N$25 million donation for development initiatives.

Poland's Deputy Defense Minister Pawel Zalewski confirmed negotiations with the United States concerning the establishment of several military bases on Polish territory. This follows an official proposal made in June for a permanent US military base.
In a separate development, Namibia's Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare and other ministers announced the handover of a N$25 million donation from the Namibia Special Risks Insurance Association (NASRIA) aimed at supporting regional development. The ongoing discussions in Poland may increase military readiness in Eastern Europe, while the funding in Namibia could bolster local infrastructure projects.
