Possehl Digital Sells Stake in DataSpark to Dataciders
Possehl Digital has divested its stake in DataSpark to focus on enhancing its Digital Service Factory. This exit marks Possehl Digital's first divestment and underscores its commitment to expanding automation and AI capabilities.

Possehl Digital has sold its stake in DataSpark to Dataciders, marking its first exit. The divestment aligns with Possehl Digital's strategy to concentrate on its Digital Service Factory, which includes Possehl Digital Services and Mono, and to accelerate growth in automation and artificial intelligence sectors.
The investment arm of Possehl Group had initially acquired an interest in DataSpark in June 2023. DataSpark has seen significant revenue growth from industrial clients, aided by projects from Possehl Group and a strong market position. Going forward, Possehl Digital plans to focus on expanding its competencies in data and AI, while continuing to explore add-on investments in these areas.
