PPC Renewables Romania has modernized an IoT applications laboratory at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year, the company will provide eight scholarships for final-year students in the Faculty of Automation and Computers, awarded through a joint commission.

The laboratory will enable students to work on digitalization projects relevant to the renewable energy sector, including monitoring systems and smart sensors. The facility has been upgraded with new technology and infrastructure to support innovative solutions, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between universities and industry for workforce development in Romania's energy sector.
