Premier Forrester implemented an automated chocolate application system for Greggs, replacing manual processes. The project introduced the Trikno TCM Depositor and WOLF UF500 Temper Unit, significantly reducing chocolate waste from 60 grams to 1.5 grams per sheet and doubling production capacity.
This transition has allowed Greggs to improve efficiency while maintaining product quality. The new system's precision nozzles and programmable settings ensure uniform chocolate application, critical for scaling operations. As a result, Greggs is better positioned to meet growing demand and enhance profitability in the competitive food manufacturing sector.
