Premier Tech Establishes Controlled Culture Group via Inno-3B and Artechno Acquisitions

Premier Tech has initiated its Premier Tech Controlled Culture group to enhance its offerings in controlled environment agriculture (CEA), supported by the acquisitions of Inno-3B and Artechno. Inno-3B, based in Canada, specializes in automated vertical farming systems, while Artechno from the Netherlands provides vertical farming solutions, water filtration, and irrigation systems.

These acquisitions enable Premier Tech to cater to both North American and European markets with integrated solutions for growers. The group aims to leverage Premier Tech's existing capabilities in horticulture and automation to drive innovation in the CEA sector.
