Prior Power Solutions has completed an overhaul of a 180k acoustic nitrogen pump after a thorough inspection. The refurbishment involved testing the frame thickness, repairing it, coating, and installing new acoustic panels.

The original CAT engine underwent a major service with necessary component replacements. Upgrades were made to the control panel, and hydraulic and cryogenic components were inspected and repaired. The Tripex pump was cleaned and repaired, and all hoses and fluids were replaced.

The nitrogen pump was fully tested on-site, including client-witnessed acceptance testing. This refurbishment offers significant savings and preserves raw materials.
