Puur Patat has invested in an automated packing and loading line to enhance processing efficiency and workplace safety. The system automates the destacking of boxes, filling, stacking of finished units, and loading of trucks, aiming to reduce manual handling during peak periods and improve output consistency.

The company cultivates approximately 200 hectares, with about 130 hectares dedicated to potatoes, necessitating efficient labor during the narrow harvest window of around 20 days. To facilitate this, Puur Patat constructed a new warehouse for box storage to enhance product flow and quality management. The new automation system enables the filling and loading processes to be managed by a single operator, increasing throughput while decreasing reliance on manual labor.
