QuantaMap has raised €1.4M to develop its quantum chip quality assurance technology, enhancing production processes for quantum chips. The investment was spearheaded by QDNL Participations and supported by a grant from Quantum Delta NL, which plans to invest €15M in early-stage Dutch quantum startups.
QuantaMap's novel microscope utilizes cryogenic scanning technology to provide insights into chip performance, helping to mitigate production challenges. The capital will facilitate team expansion and prototype development, positioning QuantaMap to support both academia and industry in quantum R&D and quality assurance. This technology has the potential to streamline diagnostic processes and improve yield in chip production, crucial for the advancing quantum computing sector.
