Rail Vision Acquires 51% Stake in Quantum Transportation for Advancements in Quantum Computing for Rail Safety

Rail Vision Ltd. has completed its acquisition of a 51% ownership interest in Quantum Transportation Ltd. Quantum Transportation possesses an exclusive sublicense for rail technologies related to a pending patent in quantum error correction owned by Ramot of Tel Aviv University.

This technology addresses challenges in quantum devices by improving error decoding efficiency. The acquisition, first announced on December 1, 2025, involved Rail Vision exchanging 2,982,710 ordinary shares for the majority stake.

As part of the deal, Rail Vision has also provided a convertible loan facility of up to $700,000 to support Quantum Transportation's operations. This strategic move aims to enhance Rail Vision's product offerings and foster long-term value creation.
