The Rajshahi District Petrol Pump and Tank Lorry Owners' Association has threatened to stop operations from March 16 due to inadequate fuel supply in the northern region. Reports indicate severe disruptions affecting all 42 petrol pumps in the district, leading to many stations suspending operations entirely.
The association's president, Monimul Haq, noted that the inconsistent supply is causing conflicts among pump owners and disputes with customers. They intend to submit a formal memorandum to the Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources to seek resolution.
